Wikids is a talking encyclopedia for kids that encourages children’s natural curiosity and keeps them engaged through a combination of narration, images, and text.

We take your kids’ privacy seriously — we are parents too. We commit to full transparency in all our current and future apps, and promise never to intentionally deceive or harm the relationship of trust we assume between us, our users, and their parents.

The Applications are designed for the whole family, especially young children. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain what information we collect and how we use it. We may change or update this Privacy Policy at any time as new features are added or as the law evolves. Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective upon posting. You should review the Privacy Policy regularly. This Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Use, which outline your rights and responsibilities as well as Wikids’. Terms of Use

Wikids ("the App") is a mobile application intended for use by children under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The App is operated by a sole proprietor under the commercial name "Wikids" ("the Operator").

1. Purpose and Scope

The App is designed to provide educational content for young children. Use of the App is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. No user-generated content is permitted, and all content is curated and approved by the Wikids team.

2. Parental Supervision and Age Limitation

The App is intended for use by children. However, a parent or guardian must provide consent through a parental gate mechanism before any in-app purchases are allowed. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the App is appropriate for their child.

3. License to Use

The Operator grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4. Registration and User Data

The App does not require user registration. No personal identifiable information (PII) about children or users is collected during App usage. In-app purchases are processed exclusively via Google Play or Apple App Store.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases can only be made after passing a parental gate and verification through the respective app store. All transactions are handled by third-party app stores (Google or Apple), and no sensitive data is collected by the App.

6. Content and Liability

All content is owned and produced by Wikids. There is no external advertising or links to third-party platforms. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Operator is not liable for any indirect or direct damage resulting from the use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including all text, images, sounds, and code, are owned by the Operator. Any unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
